Friends of the League City Seniors Foundation  

Mission

The Friends of the League City Seniors Foundation is a non-profit, non-political organization with these major purposes and objectives:

  • To maintain a friendly association of seniors and senior advocates, interested in providing quality programs to adults 55 and older.
  • To focus public attention on services, resources, and needs of seniors. 
  • To stimulate benefactions, such as gifts, memorials, and bequests. 
  • To Work toward the enrichment of the lives of senior citizens and to support the total senior recreation program as set up by the Parks and Recreation Department of the City of League City.

Events

  • Community Health Fair
    The purpose of the Health Fair is to increase health awareness and provide health and wellness education and prevention information. Our goal is to enhance the lives of senior citizens in our community. 

  • Walk for Wellness
    This event is designed to increase awareness of the needs of seniors and encourage citizens of all ages to develop healthy lifestyles!
