 Medical- must submit a doctor's note
 Any Approved on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refund request can be made in person at Hometown Heroes Park or the Community Center or by completing the online Refund Request Form.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Cash payments will be issued as check refunds.
  • Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process.
