Lunch is provided on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week at 11:30 a.m. The congregate meal program is subsidized by the Galveston County Parks and Cultural Services. To be eligible, participants must be at least 60 years old and reside in Galveston County.
There is no charge for the lunch, as funding is provided by Houston-Galveston Area Council and Texas Health & Human Services Commission. Certified dieticians plan every meal.
