Project Status as of May 2022

Initially, the City’s consultant had forecasted to submit to the City 90% plans within the month of February. However, due to staff shortages arising from COVID, the consultant was unable to make the deadline. The new date for 90% plan submittal is March 21. The project team is also working with utility companies on relocation alignment efforts. Proposed survey easement exhibits will be drafted once the City’s consultant reviews all proposed utility relocation alignments. Construction is estimated to start in late summer 2022.
