CITY CLOSURES: Due to the mass power outage across League City and the state, League City municipal buildings will continue to remain closed on Thursday, February 18. This includes City Hall, the City Hall Annex, Municipal Courts, Hometown Heroes Recreation Center, and the Civic Center.

Helen Hall Library: The library will be opened for residents from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for residents to check out books, use computers, or as a place to keep warm.

City staff members will be answering calls and assisting residents from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  Residents can call the main City line at 281-554-1000

City Parks will be open.

TRASH SERVICE FEB 18: There are trash services scheduled for Thursday, February 18 for residents with regularly scheduled Thursday pickup. Only household trash will be picked up, no recycling or debris.

UTILITY LATE FEES AND SHUT-OFFS SUSPENDED: Because of the massive power outage and closure of city facilities, League City is suspending utility bill late fees until the end of the month and will not be cutting off water service to residents until next month. We understand that our residents are dealing with critical health and safety issues that take precedence. We will be happy to assist our customers with their payments after the severe weather issues have been resolved.
