May 16-22 is the 46th annual National EMS Week, a time to celebrate EMS practitioners and the important work they do in our community. It's also an opportunity for EMS to continue to raise public awareness about the critical role of EMS in the community.  During EMS Week, we recognize League City paramedics, EMT's and the entire department their service and sacrifices. 

The League City EMS Department's mission is to improve the quality of life for all citizens; to prevent, prepare for and cope with those events which threaten the quality of life, and to deliver the highest quality of pre-hospital health care in the most effective and compassionate manner. Our paramedics work around the clock and help save thousands of lives each year.

CPR Classes

League City EMS is committed to providing quality education and outreach programs to the community we also call home. You can participate by taking a CPR training sessions. CPR Classes are held on the third Saturday of each month, beginning at 9 a.m., and are held at the EMS East Station, 260 Egret Bay Boulevard South. Please call: 281-554-1207 to register.
