Bring your friends, kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards to the Clear Creek Paddle Race on Saturday, August 21. This is a fun, short, marathon event approximately 4.5 miles long on League City's Clear Creek.
The race will begin and end at Lynn Gripon Countryside Park located at 100 Alderwood. There are several boat categories to choose from so no matter what you paddle in or on, we have a category for you. To see a list of categories and pre-register visit the Eventbrite link.
9 a.m. - Registration & Check In
9:45 a.m. - Pre-Race Meeting
10 a.m. - Recreational Division Race Begins
10:10 a.m. - Competitive Division Race Begins
11:30 a.m. - Prizes & Awards
No kayak? No problem. Clear Creek Kayaks will be at the park renting kayaks, they will be available on a first come first served basis. Kayaks will also be available for rentals after the race if you want to paddle around on the creek.
