Are you a local vendor looking to promote your business or sell a product? League City will have vendor booths available at upcoming events.

Check out the information below to sign up for a spot:

League City Community Health Fair

This event is held annually to increase health awareness and provide wellness and prevention information to residents. 

Time and Location: Saturday, September 11 | 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. | Hometown Heroes Park

Vendor Information: We are looking for health/medical/wellness/healthy eating vendors to join us. Please email mary.shelley@leaguecitytx.gov for more information.

Fee: $50, $60 with electricity

EcoFest & Arbor Day Celebration 

Join us for a day of promoting sustainability and eco-friendly living. There will be a flea market, vendors, a tree give away, and classes ranging from birding and beekeeping to rainwater harvesting. Free trees will be given to the first attendees.

Time and Location: Saturday, Sept. 18 | 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. | Hometown Heroes Park

Vendor Information: EcoFest vendors must provide/sell sustainable products, use natural materials, or in some way promote a business that focuses on bettering the environment and “green” practices. 

Fee: $40 | Applications can be downloaded at leaguecity.com/ecofest, and need to be emailed to Ashley Jackson at ashley.jackson@leaguecitytx.gov. Registration link will be emailed upon approval.

Community Yard Sale

Turn your trash into someone else’s treasure! Here’s a chance to clean out your home while providing the opportunity to become acquainted with neighbors and promote responsible and sustainable practices for our environment. League City's annual yard sale will be held in conjunction with Ecofest this year.

Time and Location: Saturday, Sept. 18 | 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. | Hometown Heroes Park

Vendor Information: Booth spaces are equivalent to two parking spaces and will be randomly assigned. Items must be used or repurposed items as found at a typical yard sale or swap meet. No new or mass market items.This is an outdoor event, so plan accordingly! 

FeeResidents: $25 (registration starts July 28) Non-Residents: $37.50 (registration starts Aug 11) Previous vendors can register online at leaguecity.com/parks under "online program registration". New vendors must create a new account. For questions, contact Katrina Hersh at katrina.hersh@leaguecitytx.gov or 281-554-1184.

Harvest Fest

 The League City Harvest Festival is a popular annual tradition that grows in size each year. This family-friendly event will feature artisan and craft vendors for holiday shopping, food trucks, games, hayrides, and more!

Time and Location: Saturday, October 16 | 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. | League Park, 512 2nd Street

Vendor Information: Booth spaces are 10x10 marked spaces. Vendors must provide tables, tents, chairs or decorations/signage.

Fee:  Residents: $75; Non-residents: $125. Previous vendors can register online at leaguecity.com/parks under "online program registration". New vendors must create a new account. For questions, contact Katrina Hersh at katrina.hersh@leaguecitytx.gov or 281-554-1184.
