The City of League City and The Friends of League City Seniors Foundation have partnered for the past 12 years to bring you the Walk for Wellness 1K/5K Walk/Run. This event is designed to increase awareness of the needs of seniors and encourage citizens of all ages to develop healthy lifestyles! All participants must be registered. Adults accompanying children on the race course must also be registered. The race is closed to bikes, skateboards, and roller blades. The event is happening rain or shine. All proceeds benefit the League City Seniors Program.
