Pop-Up Storytime at Walker Street Pool
Friday, June 2 from 10:30 a.m. to noon; for ages birth to 3
Join us for stories, songs, rhymes, a boat activity, and loads of fun! The littlest attendees can put their feet in the baby pool while the bigger kids build their pool boat floats! The pool will be closed for swimming to accommodate the boat float activity.
Teen Guitar Lessons
Friday, June 2 from 11 a.m. to noon (session 1) and noon to 1 p.m. (session 2).
Sign up for a one-hour session to learn the fundamentals of playing guitar. Please bring your own guitar, preferably an acoustic guitar.
Note: Registration is required and available on the Teen Programs webpage: https://bit.ly/HHLTeenPrograms. Teens are required to have transportation present at the end of the event.

Following the theme of All Together Now, participants will create a beaded keychain with a word of their choice to represent what brings them closer to the ones they love.
Teen Aspiring Authors
Tuesday, June 6 from 5 to 7 p.m.; for ages 12 to 18
Grow as an emerging author! Share your works in progress with fellow writers and provide feedback for each other. This program is hosted by a Teen Advisory Board member.
Note: Please bring your original works so that other aspiring authors can provide feedback. Original works may include PG-13 and TV-14 content.
Science of Sound
Wednesday, June 7 from 2 to 3 p.m.; for 1st to 5th graders; in the Civic Center
Students will have fun learning about the science behind how musical instruments work. Science has never been so entertaining! Children will sit with other students.
