Community Health Fair
Be pro-active about your health and stop by Hometown Heroes Park between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. this Saturday, September 9 for our annual Community Health Fair. Along with flu shots (primary insurance card required), there will be Health & Wellness vendors on site and opportunities for health screenings. There will also be exercise demonstrations and activities for kids.
