The Bay Ridge Flood Reduction Phase 2 project consists of adding capacity to the current detention pond and adding a dedicated pump station. Subdivisions impacted by these improvements include Bay Ridge Area, Hidden Lakes, Whispering Lakes, and Lakes of South Shore.
